Saturday & Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Holiday Hours

The club is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas so the Preferred Fitness Team can be with their families.

Childcare Hours

Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
