Group Exercise Classes:

The fitness area offers something for everyone when it comes to classes. We will be offering Yoga, Pilate's, Cardio weight training, step, stability balls and much more.

Fit Blendz Juice Bar:

Our Juice Bar, Fit Blendz, features our very own recipes of blended drinks for weight loss, weight gain, muscle building and energy. We also carry a full line of nutritional supplements.

Kids Room:

The kids room is available M-F 9am-1pm &4pm-8pm. Saturday 8am - 12pm. Kid Care costs $35 and is based on 2.50 for the first hour and $1.25 for each additional hour. Additional children $1.25 an hour. Kid's room is supervised and is monitored by a closed circuit camera for viewing from the workout area.
