Facility & Equipment:

Our 12,500 square foot facility boasts top of the line cardio equipment in the industry today. Star Trac treadmills, cross trainers, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, and steppers. Plenty of equipment -- NO Waiting.

Personal Training:

Our personal training program is a one-of-a-kind program to get you results. Effective and affordable gives everyone the opportunity to archive the results you want whether your goals are weight management, performance, muscle gain or just more energy to allow you to function throughout the day.

Group Exercise Classes:

Our group exercise program offers something for everyone when it comes to classes. We offer Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Bootcamps, Define, Cardio Kickboxing, Cardio Weight Training, Stability Balls and much much more.

Fit Blendz Juice Bar:

Our Juice Bar, Fit Blendz, features our very own recipes of blended drinks for weight loss, meal replacement, muscle building and energy. We also carry a full line of nutritional supplements.

Tanning:

Tanning is available to all members. Add it to your membership monthly or pay as you go.

Kids Room:

The kids room is available M-F 9am-1pm & 4pm-8pm. Saturday 8am - 12pm. A punch card is available for $35 and is based on $2.50 for the first hour and $1.25 for each additional hour. Additional children $1.25 an hour. Our Kid's room is supervised and is monitored by a closed circuit camera for viewing from the workout area.
